Filament systems

Our standard filament line consists of modularly designed machines, which are assembled to your filament line. Thanks to this modular design, the line can be flexibly extended or configured for other tasks at any time.

Options such as waterless cooling sections, adhesive water blow-off, filament storage, etc. are also manufactured in our factory and we are happy to offer them as an option. Please contact us, we will design your system according to your requirements.

With special screw geometries, we are able to produce high-quality filaments from grind material.

Our standard filament line consists of extruder, water bath, haul-off and winder.

Our standard filament line is designed for a production speed of 10-80m/min.

Upon request, it can also be designed for 100m/min.

These machines can be extended by various options.

We offer among others : 2 axis laser measuring system for automatic control of the filament dimension, adhesive water blow-off, filament accumulator, etc.
