We offer trials on our demonstration systems at our Königswinter plant:

You come to us with your material or send it to us.

We offer a range of tests on our single-screw extruders EX20/25ld, EX30/28ld:

plasticising, strand pelletising with one strand, filament production, and welding rod production.

Our single-screw laboratory extruder EX20 allows for small batches ranging from 0.5kg to 5kg.

We also have a DS25/32ld twin-screw extruder.

Our twin-screw extruder allows for strand pelletising with one or four strands, plasticising tests.

usable materials: include all standard plastics, metal-filled, ceramic-filled, engineering plastics, and fibre-reinforced plastics.
